Information and communication of consent under Legislative Decree 30/6/ 2003, n. 196

Following consultation of this site may be processed data on persons identified or identifiable. This page describes the procedures for the processing of personal data of people who consult, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 - Code concerning the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Code).

The information refers only to site rent-sale.net and does not apply to other sites which may be accessed through links.

GENERAL
In order to use our services for free, the agencies must respect these rules:

Insert at least 10 ads until 48 hours to registration
Aren't allowed signed up agencieswithout insertions of real estates ads
All ads must be updated at least once a month and ads of sailed or rented estates must be deleted
All the agencies must have a minimum of inserted ads, 10.

Agencies with fewer than 10 ads, will pay a tax of 3000 € for received advertising
Agencies having fewer than 10 ads, can comminucate it to our staff via mail before the sign up.

1.Owner
The owner of treatment is: rent-sale.net - No physical location.

2.Responsible for reedback
According to the effects of Art. 7 of the Code, the person responsible for the feedback is Mr. Manuele Ferlito, manager and owner of rent-sale.net.

3.Trustees treatment
Your personal data will be handled only by the Owner and Responsible.

4.Dissemination of data
No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

5.Request appointment/quotes/buildings
The personal data provided by users who request appointment, estimates and availability of property, will be forwarded directly to the agency of reference.
The data provided by users, will be stored in a database to enable the operation of "safe" and ensure receipt of the contact.
The information provided, will be visible only by employees of destination agent and will not be provided to third by rent-sale.net.

6.Send curriculum vitae
Rent-sale is NOT an Interim Agent and does not provide directly work. Rent-sale.net NOT select staff and does not receive any percentage. Sending curriculum vitae, is done by sending a mail to the address specified by the location. No data is mapped on rent-sale.net

7.Data provided voluntarily by users
The sending optional, voluntary and explicit e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site, involves the acquisition of the sender email address, needed in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data inserted in the message.

8.Cookies:
No personal data of users is acquired from the site. We do not use cookies to transfer information of a personal nature.
Cookies are used to track users and avoid double counting in a report access to the site.
No personal data is stored on the site.

9.IP address:
The user's IP address is stored to trace the culprit in the case of vandalism or attempted intrusion into our database in the following actions:
- requests for appointment
- request for proposal
- Requests for availability of property
In order to offer to recorded agents a complete and unequivocal report on interest of visitors in published ads, are stored the addresses of users who view the details of each ad. These data can be accessed only by the responsible of rent-sale.net.

10.Access to administrative area:
When an agent access to administrative panel, are stored date, time, name and phone number required, in order to monitor accesses and to prevent intrusion of unauthorized users. These data can be accessed only by the responsible of rent-sale.net

11.Session variables
To ensure proper navigation and the use of administrative panel, are stored in special session some data to the agency selected (in the case of navigation on the site) or logged (in the case of adminitration buildings). The purpose of the session is the passage of parameters between different pages of the site. When you close your browser or logout, the data are deleted.

12.Access to the site:
In order to block undesired access from spam engine or hackers, all the access to the site and the pages viewed by each user, are stored in a database to allow the rent-sale.net staff to have all the tools to monitor access to site. The data stored are: date, time, page views/origin, ip address of visitor

13.Method of treatment
The personal data are processed by automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, abuse or incorrect and unauthorized access.

14.Polls
In order to prevent two consecutive votes, the ip of participating to the poll is stored in database.

15.Rights of concerned
I soggetti cui si riferiscono i dati personali hanno il diritto in ogni momento di esercitare i propri diritti nei confronti del Titolare del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 7 del D. lgs.196/2003. Subjects covered by the personal data have the right at any time to exercise their rights against the owner under the owner of processing of personal data under Article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003.

16.NEWSLETTER
The newsletter will be sent to all registered agencies.
Each newsletter will contain bids for the purchase of advertising on the site and information about the development of the portal.
